| Shipping And Handling We do not normally charge you for the work of packaging, just for postage for the weight of the items plus their packaging, which will be added at the website Checkout. Our rates are based on Royal Mail 5 Day delivery, or direct manufacturer delivery. For larger orders we offer a fixed rate delivery charge in the Checkout. You also have the option to collect your goods from our shop, free of charge. Please allow 5 working days from ordering to receipt and confirm with the shop before collecting. Royal Mail delivery targets apply.For most of the UK delivery can be expected in 5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).We can also arrange delivery to most of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. | Returns Policy It is not our policy to receive returned goods without an acceptable cause for return. Please notify Ringinglow Toys immediately if you want to return an item and we will decide if the reason is acceptable. Any goods returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original box/case will be refunded in full, but ALL return postage charges must be paid by the customer. Any goods damaged on arrival must be reported to the person delivering the item and noted on the delivery slip. Ringinglow Toys must be contacted immediately. We will then chase the issue with the carrier. Signature on delivery will be accepted as proof of delivery.
